You’ve built mobile products for others. Now build one you own.
V3V partners with experienced product, growth and engineering operators to launch and scale global mobile companies. We bring initial capital and a hands-on team across product, engineering, Web2App, subscription monetization, paid growth and follow-on fundraising.

Capital, operators and ownership aligned around one company.
V3V partners with a small number of experienced operators and works beside them on the decisions that determine whether a mobile company compounds or stalls. The partnership is shaped around the company, the founder and the missing capabilities — not a fixed template.
Capital to commit
Initial runway aligned with an evidence plan, build milestones and the economics the company must prove.
Operators in the work
Product, engineering, growth, monetization, analytics and hiring support that joins the execution loop.
A company, not a project
The goal is an independent, fundable business with a founder who owns the mission and can lead it for years.
For operators ready to become owners.
You led a mobile function and want the full company
You have shipped, scaled or monetized products inside someone else's organization. You're ready to take founder-level responsibility, but don't need to recreate every missing function alone.
You've built apps before, but the playbook has changed
Web2App, payment orchestration, attribution, AI workflows, localization and creative testing now move faster than any one founder can master. We help update the operating stack without discarding your hard-earned judgment.
You know mobile, but not yet the vertical
You see a large problem in health, fitness, wellness or another category. We help turn domain research, experts and methodology into a product users will repeatedly pay for.
Your app works, but growth is not repeatable
You have users, revenue or early proof. The missing layer is a reliable system across conversion, retention, payments, acquisition and team execution.
Usually not a fit: part-time projects, agencies, outsourced-development requests and founders looking only for passive capital.
Start from insight — or bring what already exists.
Bring your operating experience, a market insight or a problem you cannot ignore. We help validate the thesis, assemble the missing team, fund the first build and create the company with you.
Explore co-building →Bring a live product, early team or traction. We invest and work hands-on where the business is constrained: product, code, monetization, Web2App, growth, hiring or the next round.
Explore the scale track →Both lead to one founder conversation — V3V determines the right deal structure inside the process.
The missing functions should arrive before they become expensive mistakes.

Turning movement methodology into an adaptive mobile coach.
Yogi required more than an app redesign. V3V rebuilt the technical foundation, connected product and methodology, created real-time movement tracking and established the Web2App and subscription systems needed to learn from the market.

Your next round does not have to start with a cold list.
V3V's crypto investment activity created relationships across global funds, founders and infrastructure teams. When a mobile company is ready, we can use that network for selective investor, strategic and distribution introductions where there is a genuine fit.
Its $11M Series A was led by Franklin Templeton Digital Assets and ABCDE.
Its $34M round included Coinbase Ventures, Arrington Capital, OKX Ventures and Gate.io.
Network access is selective, company-specific and never presented as a guaranteed introduction or financing outcome.
A conversation first. Structure second.
Founder context
Tell us what you've built, what you owned and what you now want to create.
Mutual fit conversation
We test founder-market fit, ambition, working style and the most important missing capabilities.
Evidence sprint
For promising opportunities, we define the thesis, risks, first experiments and what each side contributes.
Partnership structure
Capital, equity, roles and operating involvement depend on creating from zero or backing an existing company.
Build and scale
A shared operating cadence across product, engineering, economics, growth, team and future capital.
Every serious submission is reviewed by the investment and operating team. If there is a clear fit, we contact the founder directly.
What founders value after the wire.
Verified quotes from V3V’s approved founder endorsements.
From an initial meeting to a wire in under two weeks — then intros to other VCs and over $100,000 in business referrals.
One of the most streamlined diligence processes of any VC we worked with — relevant questions, real intros, consistent follow-up.
A thorough analytical approach, transparent communication, and a network they actually leverage when it matters.
Investors when capital matters. Operators when execution matters.
Questions founders ask.
What kind of partnership is this?
V3V combines early-stage capital with hands-on company building. We form a small number of founder partnerships and work directly on launching or scaling the business.
Do I need to have a company already?
No. We work both with experienced operators starting a new company and with founders who already have a live app, team or early traction.
Do I need a pitch deck?
Not for the first conversation. A short description of what you've built, the problem you see and why you're the right person is enough to start.
What founder background is the best fit?
Usually someone who has shipped, grown, monetized or technically led mobile products and is ready to take full-time founder responsibility.
Do you only build health, fitness and wellness apps?
No. These are areas of special interest because of our current operating experience. We also consider other mobile-first products with strong repeat-use and global subscription potential.
What does V3V provide besides capital?
The scope depends on the company, but can include product, mobile engineering, analytics, Web2App, payments, monetization, creative, paid acquisition, localization, hiring and follow-on fundraising support.
How do economics and equity work?
They depend on stage, existing traction and how much of the company V3V is co-building. We discuss the structure early and don't ask founders to begin substantial work without clarity on roles and economics.
Can I keep my current job?
An initial conversation can happen while you're employed. A full partnership is designed for founders prepared to commit full-time when the company is formed or the investment closes.
Does V3V guarantee investor introductions?
No. We make selective introductions when the company is ready and there is a credible fit. The network increases access, but doesn't replace performance or guarantee financing.
Is this an outsourced development service?
No. The founder funnel is for investment and company-building partnerships, not client work or fee-for-service app development.
How is confidential information handled?
Start with non-confidential information. Applications are reviewed internally. Do not submit patient records, medical data or other regulated personal information.
